Last September I took a trip to Tacoma, Washington to visit my husband. I had already had a fantasy of living in Washington and never knew why until I came and saw it for myself. I fell in love with the city of Tacoma. It was so vintage, and cultural. I found myself pulling out my camera for everything (like the tourist I am) there was something about the city that gave me butterflies and made me feel like I was home (At least I will be very soon) The first thing we did when we got there was go to a seafood restaurant called Pacific Seafood right on the pier . It was so good we sat there for hours talking about how often we were going to try and come back as sort of a tradition. Though everything smelled of fish I didn't mind. I love the water (I'm pretty certain I'm a mermaid lol) the pier gave it a calming scenery and the lights lit up the water.
The next morning me and my husband decided to explore the art museums that stay in the middle of the city next to the union station and My future school University of Washington Tacoma.. I love how it stands in the middle of the city surrounded by everything. This city makes me smile. Of course before beginning our day we had to stop out our favorite place ; Starbucks. I always get a double chocolate chip with caramel and chocolate drizzle something my husband got me into. The museums were big and beautiful, We admired the art and history of Washington. I am also very thankful to have a husband who loves art as much as I do. I can't wait to go back and live in this beautiful city. Thankfully its already in progress
